If you complete a purchase and that same item goes on sale within 24 hours, you can request a refund for the difference in the regular product price and the sale price. If the item you purchased at regular price goes on sale 25 hours to one week after your purchase, you can request a discount code for the difference in the amount you paid and the discounted price.
The only exception to this policy is when flash sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day Sales occur, where the sale price can only be applied on the day of the Flash Sale.
